1. Discover
This is an information-gathering step which is important for us to understand more about the client’s business and industry, their target market and customers and the ultimate goal for the website.

2. Plan
In this stage we will review the content on the website for the purpose of making sure there is a solid foundation for SEO. This will form the architecture of the website so we can create a sitemap.

3. Design
We design web page elements such as the header, navigation, widgets, etc. We look at how the design will accommodate content, we also add colours, typography, and imagery.

4. Develop
We add functionality to the website and translate the website design into code that makes the website work. This is the longest phase of the process but our clients can see this stage live through a development link.

5. Launch
To minimise the risk of problems when the website is live. We run through a checklist; testing for broken links, contact forms, meta-tags, page speed optimisation, email settings etc

6. Maintain
Website maintenance is important for the long-term health and success of a website. Our websites are monitored constantly for crawl errors, out of date code, downtime, visitors, security threats etc.
